I’ve come here for spray tans a few times now and my most recent visit last week was very disappointing. The spray gun wasn’t working well and the staff member had to change it out half way through. After changing it, she still had issues with the gun. I was immediately worried my tan would come out blotchy or uneven because she had to go over certain areas several times. The end result was that I couldn’t tell I even had a spray tan. I asked to be very dark without looking organge and chose a color I’ve had before that worked well for my skin. I ended up wasting $45 on a spray tan that I couldn’t even tell I got done. I left the next day on a holiday so I didn’t have time to go back and see if they would give me another one. I would consider going back if they refunded my money or offered to give me a future tan for free...

Hello Lisa, my apologies for the spray tan experience you had here. Due to malfunctioning spray tan guns unfortunately the solution might not have bonded to the skin as it should normally. My eyebrows don’t look any different to how they were prior to brow and skin tint. I advised the beautician, but she said it was the natural look, and she had already done them twice.

This was my second visit and was utterly disappointed. I went in for a full body spray tan and was out in less time than my first visit for a half body tan. No care was taken and when I got home and looked over the tan, patches on my forearms had been missed and it appeared that no tan was on my legs below the knees. I will go back one more time however I will request the lady that did my half body tan - she was fabulous and took a lot of care and time to get it right.

My spray tan was streaky and uneven. The girl serving me didn't take me anywhere private to discuss my colour but did it in the foyer with men present, making me quite uncomfortable.

Was disappointed with my glam makeup experience as I felt like I could of done my make up just as good - disappointing.
